All purchases, including memberships, event registrations, and services, are subject to the terms outlined in this policy at the time of purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
WOIIA retains full discretion in interpreting and enforcing this policy, including approving or denying any refund request, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refund Policy
Women of Impact, Influence & Action (WOIIA)
At Women of Impact, Influence & Action (WOIIA), we are committed to delivering a high-caliber, curated experience for our members and event participants. Due to the nature of our programming, membership structure, and limited-capacity offerings, the following refund policy applies.
Membership Fees
All membership fees, including Founding Member and Standard Member dues, are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Membership secures access to a curated network, advisory circles, events, and opportunities that require advance planning, limited availability, and resource allocation. As such, all membership purchases are considered a commitment for the full membership term.
In exceptional circumstances, requests may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at WOIIA's sole discretion. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed.
Event Registrations
Event registrations, including workshops, advisory circles, and special events, are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a registered event, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event or another eligible attendee, subject to approval and availability.
All transfer requests must be submitted in advance of the scheduled event.
Payment Plans (if applicable)
If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be completed according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to WOIIA programming and benefits.
Payment plans do not alter the non-refundable nature of membership or services.
Cancellations
Membership cancellations may be submitted at any time; however, cancellations do not result in a refund of any fees already paid.
Cancellation will prevent future billing, if applicable, but access may continue through the remainder of the current paid term at WOIIA’s discretion.
Policy Updates
WOIIA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
