With a career spanning both financial services and other client-focused industries, she has developed deep expertise in coaching, strategic growth, and creating repeatable systems that drive results.
Throughout her career, Mariah has dedicated her work to supporting business owners, helping them protect, grow, and sustain their enterprises. As an entrepreneur herself, she brings firsthand experience of both the challenges and opportunities that come with building something from the ground up. This perspective enables her to connect authentically with clients and advisors alike, blending practical insight with strategic vision.
Mariah joined forces with Shannon to create WOIIA out of a deep desire to reimagine what success looks like for women in business. She knows firsthand the power of community in an industry where high-achieving women often find themselves competing in isolation rather than thriving in collaboration. Her purpose is to carve out a space where women don’t just achieve, but expand—where ambition is celebrated, leadership is sharpened, and collective influence accelerates opportunity.

Shannon Lea Reynolds is a strategic force for women in leadership, blending sharp operational insight with deep expertise in human-centered change. As Co-Founder of WOIIA and Chief Change Strategist at Reynolds Agency Inc., she has spent two decades guiding organizations, entrepreneurs, and executives through growth, reinvention, and bold pivots.
With a background in finance, insurance, and management consulting, and a master’s degree in Organizational Change Leadership, Shannon is recognized for helping leaders not only survive change but also shape it.
Her career has been marked by leveraging the power of connection—building networks that drive both professional and personal growth. Having worked on every side of networking, from member to consultant to executive advisor, she knows how to transform simple introductions into engines of influence and opportunity. Today, she combines that experience with her consulting and coaching work to reimagine what networking can be: intentional, strategic, and built for high-performing women who are ready for the next level.
She joined forces with Mariah to build WOIIA to create the room she once needed—a space where high-performing women don’t have to translate their ambition, soften their strength, or explain their drive. Her mission is clear: to connect powerfully aligned women and move them from isolated excellence to collaborative influence.
