Regional Councils
Where Influence Expands and Action Takes Root
WOIIA’s Regional Councils are built for women who are shaping their industries and redefining what shared power looks like. These councils offer more than local connection; they create high-trust environments where collaboration becomes opportunity, insight becomes strategy, and leadership becomes impact.
Each council reflects the strength of its members: accomplished women who are ready to contribute, connect, and elevate one another through intentional, results-driven conversations. Whether you’re exploring membership or preparing to join a council in your area, this is where your leadership finds a room designed to match your ambition.
Central Oregon
Regional Council
The Central Oregon Regional Council unites accomplished women across Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook Counties who are ready to lead with influence and take meaningful action. Reflecting the region’s spirit of innovation, resilience, and collaboration, this council offers a high-trust environment where members exchange strategic insights, strengthen professional relationships, and accelerate one another’s growth. It’s designed for women who want deeper conversations, real opportunities, and a network committed to elevating their impact.

At Large Council
The At Large Council is designed for accomplished women who may not yet have a WOIIA council in their region or who need the flexibility to participate without attending regular in-person meetings. This council offers a dynamic, cross-regional community where members engage in high-level conversations, share strategic insights, and build meaningful professional relationships in a way that fits their schedules. It’s a powerful space for women who want to contribute, grow, and lead alongside peers committed to expanding their influence and impact—no matter where they’re located.
