About the event
This month’s WOIIA Regional Council exchange centers on a reality many high-performing women quietly navigate: being the most capable person in the room. At work, at home, and everywhere in between.
Capability builds trust and credibility. Over time, it can also turn leaders into the default, absorbing responsibility to the point of limiting strategic focus, influence, and sustainability.
This conversation moves beyond recognition into application. Together, we’ll explore how capable leaders:
Identify where responsibility has become misaligned
Redistribute ownership in ways that build others, strengthen teams, and model effective leadership
Reallocate leadership energy toward strategic, high-impact work
